I was MIA for a while since we have been busy shuttling around this young man to his baseball games the past few weekends and didn’t really have the time to wrap-up my blog posts that I have been working on. It’s be a great round of tournaments and practices this season all around town. As a baseball parent we are always happy to see him learn, evolve and get stronger at his game. I’m nothing but proud of the progress he has made and the passion he has for the game.
After a great season the Dallas Tiger 13U team which my son D plays for, were placed runner up in the USSSA World Series! After 6 days of playing, 48 teams were eliminated. They faced a strong opponent T21 from Wichita Falls, who won the championship. The championship started and ended with a prayer, boys from both teams gave it their all but were always in their best behavior. Many weeks of hard work, driving around the metroplex and countless hours in the sun finally pays off. Was so proud of my little man and his team! Here are a few pictures from this season…
Kudos to all the parent who juggle work, life, kids and their activities! 🙂
