Sharing my little secret of where I buy my flowy floral dresses & blouses: my romantic travel edit in collaboration with Chicwish. My 2022 Chicwish Review!
If you have been following my blog or my Instagram, you probably already know that I love flowers, visiting flower fields and gardens and often favor dresses and blouses with floral prints. While looking for a dress for my Turks & Caicos trip, I came across this brand – Chicwish. I fell in LOVE with the dress (that you see here) and even got a few compliments while walking around on the island.

When Chicwish reached out to do a review, I gladly agreed. I was given a choice to select a few outfits and was compensated for this review. As mentioned above the white dress with pink flowers was a prior purchase.

I tend to pack light for my travels and prefer chiffon or georgette dresses that are easy to pack and don’t wrinkle much. Chicwish carries a great collection of chiffon dresses and blouses that are classic and romantic. You can find them in many styles and sizes.

What is Chicwish? Where is Chicwish based?
Chicwish is a site that features women’s clothing and accessories at affordable prices. They cater to those who have an eye for classic styles and timeless fashion.
Chicwish’s price point is not as inexpensive as other China-based clothing companies. You will find that their average pricing runs anywhere from $50 to $100 for dresses, sweaters, and outerwear. Blouses are a little cheaper and run for under $50. If you do reviews and such you can always find a coupon to shave a few dollars off your purchase.
Chicwish is based in China and your order will be shipped from China.
Chicwish Sizing and Quality
I’m going to be honest, the quality depends on the item you are purchasing. I bought a skirt and returned it since it was too poofy. The fabric was heavier in person than what it seemed on the site. Then again I bought another mesh/tulle skirt with 3D Butterflies and LOVED it.
Quality is going to vary a bit depending on the clothing item you are purchasing from Chicwish. Read the Chicwish reviews that customers leave for an item. They are usually a good indication of how popular an item is.
Sizing can vary too. It is good to know what your measurements are and always check their sizing chart before purchasing an item. I’m anywhere from an M/L on dresses & blouses and pick small on Outerwear. I tried an S/M on a blouse, and while it still fits, I felt it was a little snug around the waist and returned it for an M/L.
How long does Chicwish shipping take?
Remember I mentioned Chicwish is based in China and items are shipped from there. You have a couple of options when ordering from them. You can use their “USPS First-Class” option or the “DHL EXPRESS” option.
I used the USPS First-Class option and my order took 5 days to ship from their China warehouse and then 15 to 17 days to arrive at my house in Texas. PLAN AHEAD! Give yourself enough time, AT LEAST A MONTH for your orders to arrive. For the price point of the outfits, I really did not mind waiting a month.
Chicwish is also available on Amazon. The shipping estimates seem to be slightly faster and some items are also included in prime shipping. But I found that the selection on Amazon is not as extensive as on the Chicwish site.
Chicwish’s Return and Exchange Policy
Chicwish offers free returns and free exchanges on its website. Like most other clothing sites, you just have to return your order within 30 days from the date your order shipped to you. Tags MUST still be attached and items not worn. You can even get an additional $2 credited to your account if you opt for the exchange option.
I started the return process for the items, printed out the RMA and the return address information, and took my package to USPS for the return. I had to put the items in a polybag (that I purchased for $2.90 at the Post Office). If you use a cardboard box then you ship it at your own expense. Voila, credit appeared in 7 days.
Accessories from Chicwish
Chicwish also carries a few accessoriChicwish also carries a few accessories like scarves, bags, masks, earrings, and rings. I bought a pair of fishbone drop earrings. They were lightweight and went well with my floral blouse.
Floral Blouses from Chicwish
I bought a few floral blouses from Chicwish. Here is what I wore for a Mother’s Day outing with my daughter. We made a flower bouquet and had tacos and margs for lunch at Legacy West Plano.
The floral blouse was a little sheer, so I wore a nude color cami. The blouse was perfect over my linen pants. I styled it with the green fishbone drop earrings, a cocktail ring, and a white bag.
I don’t wear crop tops but wore one as a saree blouse and it worked out great! I styled the crop top with a wraparound tie with a blue silk saree and some silver jewelry.
Floral Dresses from Chicwish
The bulk of my order were dresses! I wore this navy blue dress to a friend’s Birthday Party. It was a boat party and the dress kept me cool and comfortable. This floral navy blue dress hit just above my knee and I styled it with some diamond solitaire earrings and strappy sandals.
This is one of my favorite styles of dress. I feel like it suits my petite frame. I have worn it several times since and it has done well after a couple of washes.
I also got a dress for my daughter and a pair of flowy wide leg pants in a pretty powder blue. She is pretty picky but loved these!
