We are dreaming of making a trip to Beautiful Bali in Indonesia, hopefully in Summer 2017. There are so many wonderful places to explore in Asia and we have only been to India so far. The thought itself is so refreshing, to go Bali and focus on the simple things, like the sun, the sea and wellbeing, which seems so easy when there is beautiful surroundings, great service and an abundant of fresh local (vegetarian) food. I hear the best time to go it between July and August. The west monsoon is in place from approximately October to April, and this can bring significant rain, particularly from December to March. Outside of the monsoon period, humidity is relatively low and any rain is unlikely in lowland areas. The high season in Bali is during the “dry season”. Once we get enough beach time in, we would love to go explore the green and gorgeous Ubud. Here are the 3 properties that I’m loving… Have you been to Bali? Have you stayed at any of these beautiful properties? Do you have other suggestions for stays in Bali?

The Condé Nast Traveler award-winning Resort offers luxurious rooms overlooking the private beaches. The entire property is over 20 acres with the Hotel, Resort and Villa’s meaning there is something for everyone. Look at how gorgeous that pool is. The Ayana Resort and Spa Bali
Unless you have been living under a rock, you probably heard of the ‘Rock bar’ in Bali – or at least seen the pictures. Built on a rock and known for its epic sunsets, this bar is part of the Ayana resort. If hanging out in the bar is not your thing you can still enjoy magical sunsets from this breath-taking cliff-top location above Jimbaran.
