Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea
Whether you call it Lemon Ginger Tea or Lemon Ginger Water, this yellow elixir of ginger, lemon, turmeric is a great way to start your morning. It gives you a dose of antioxidants, freshens your breath, boosts your immunity and improves your skin!

Turmeric

lemon

Local honey (optional)

Cinnamon (optional)

Cayenne (optional)
Instructions
Boil 6 cups of water
Add grated ginger, I peel then ginger then use a Microplane to grate it
Once the water boils, add 1 teaspoon of turmeric
Turn off the water
Add lemon juice from half a lemon
Optionally add honey and cinnamon or a pinch of Cayenne, ENJOY!
