Travel had always been a big part of our life, before I started blogging I used to make a yearly journal with photos from our trips printed, ticket stubs glued and maps secured. This was usually my Christmas holiday project, we loved looking back at these photo albums and reliving those memories. Fast forward 10 years, in todays’ digital age, we take so many photos.. share them on social media but rarely make time to print them. Between the four of us we take so many photos on our cameras and phones but they haven’t made it into an album yet for the past 3 years. Since starting to post on Instagram, writing blog posts about our trips – I have never found time to make my yearly photobooks or print some photo canvas art for the wall. Blogging is fun but hard work 🙂

So this year instead I decided to create a collage wall of some of my favorite photos. I picked out a few of my favorite ones from a trip to Italy and ordered a couple of canvases from Photography.com – these are 100% true stretched canvas with a thick edge and high definition printing. I got a few bamboo prints as well. Made with real bamboo, these look great on the coffee table – the natural wood grain appears through the image and to top it all it is Eco-friendly and brings a smile to my face every time I see them…. I don’t have to feel guilty about not printing the photos anymore!

I’m partnering with Photography.com for this post and they have kindly offered a my readers a Buy 1 Get 3 free deal which includes free shipping. They have a host of products in addition to the canvas prints like – printing your photos on acrylic, glass or tapestry. You can even get beautiful art from their partner site CreativeGallery.com which is where the beautiful map canvas print is from.
Do you have photos that need printing sitting on you todo list, try Photography.com – the turn around is pretty fast as well.
I love turning my travel photography into physical prints or photobooks. I agree, this is the best way to preserve them and keep travel memories alive.
I’ve just started mounting pictures from my trips and look forward to checking out these options. The map is lovely and a bamboo print sounds interesting too.
I got a couple of the Bamboo prints and really like them. The texture really comes through the print
I love the idea of doing your photos on canvas. In fact I’ve done some before. They make great gifts also. I have so many travel photos though. I don’t know which one to put on canvas first, hahaha! The 3 for 1 discounts sounds great, so thank you!
I love your photos, hope you narrowed down a few that you can print. Thanks Anda!
I really love the idea of printing your own photos on canvas – I feel as though photos deserve to be printed, and it’s a shame that we don’t do it any more. They sit on a harddrive and fade away into cyberspace! Really appreciate the 3 for 1 discount – thanks so much!
This is such a great idea, I always take many photos from my trips but rarely do anything with them, they just sit on a hard drive. I love that it’s eco-friendly too. 🙂
