A friend asked the other day if we had cute cafes nearby that she could take a friend who was visiting from California, for some coffee & conversation. Which got me thinking about the coffee shops in Dallas Fort Worth – new instagrammy ones and old favorites. During weekends when we are usually driving around the metroplex to take our boy to baseball games and practices, we try to find a coffee shop to spend the hour before the game — so we know a thing or two about where to find the best coffee in the Dallas Fort Worth area. If you are looking for a fine cup of joe – here are the ones that serve up trendy turmeric latte, espresso, cappuccino to cortado to Cubano, some even have affogato on the menu and of course my favorite lavender latte. Grab yourself a few pastries to balance that caffeine buzz and enjoy your cuppa….
